New Bear - Tyrian

Please allow me to introduce you to my latest bear, Tyrian.

Tyrian has black glass eyes, and is made with beautifully soft purple and pink faux fur, with black felt paw pads.

He is five way jointed. He is filled with heavy weight polyester fibre and has some stainless steel balls in his tummy for extra weight.

He has a perle cotton embroidered nose, and his face has also been lightly shaded.

GYTBE 2012

It was the Great Yorkshire Teddy Bear Event in Sheffield this weekend.




Saturday night was the gala dinner. There was a raffle and auction in aid of Sheffield Children’s hospital, which raised in excess of £600.

Then there was the awards ceremony for the Excellence in Bear Artistry Awards 2012.



I had a fabulous night!



Sunday was the show itself.

Cora went off to her new home within the first ten minutes, which was fantastic.



Quite a few bears came home with me though. Here is a picture of my stall.

All bears are still available (except Luna, the grey fluffy one on the left).

New bear - Sabrina

Please allow me to introduce you to my latest bear, Sabrina.

I was listening to 'Sabrina' by Inkubus Sukkubus when I finished her, and I think the name just suited her nicely.


Sabrina has black glass eyes, and is made with beautifully soft red/white & black mohair.

She is five way jointed. She is filled with heavy weight polyester fibre and has some stainless steel balls in her tummy for extra weight.

She has a perle cotton embroidered nose, and her face has also been lightly shaded.

Sabrina is also wearing a rose quartz spiral necklace and a black pointy witches hat (not bad for a first attempt at hat making, even if I do say so myself).

I think she would make the perfect Samhain gift for someone!

New bear - Silver

Silver is approximately 6” tall when standing. He is made from grey sassy fur.

He is fully jointed, filled with polyester fibre and also has some stainless steel ball bearings in his tummy for extra weight.

Silver has hand painted glass eyes and a black needle felted nose.

His face has been lightly needle-sculpted and hand shaded.

He is also wearing a silver bell around his neck.
